Ballater Garden

The design uses sweeping curves to create an open and dramatic entrance to the house, using symmetry to link to the bay windows. The driveway is removed to allow a broad sweep of planting for interest and colour throughout the year. The design also includes a private dining area and a smaller more intimate garden outside the newly refurbished pool room. The original paving was lifted and re-laid to create a journey around the house and planting softened the walls and created areas for dining and sitting.
